All sales are final. If any item is damaged PRIOR to wearing. We will guarantee replacement of item not entire order. Items being sold are in new with durable materials.

RESPONSIBILTY OF store will not be valid if excessive stretching or distressing of item takes place. Products are as durable as chosen materials and not intened for outrageous action or activities.

Products with defined colors are just what the name representation of the color(s) of jewelry items. EXAMPLE: color says gold or golden DOES NOT translate into made of gold or golden properties. Its only color representation.

Some jewelry items will have stone accents and will be defined as known definition that resinates with the specific item available. Not all items available have stone properties and therefore will never be depicted as such.

 

Colors may look slightly different then in online photos given the best representation of items are valid with authentic photos taken of exact item(s) being sold.

 Order fulfillment may at times be delayed due to each piece being made by hand and not in a factory facility where mass production take place. Every item seen,sold or displayed is explicitly handmade.

 For customer support with customized sizes, please email store and we will be more then happy to ensure a comfortable fit for any size. We don't support DESCRIMINATION, our jewelry is made for anyone, anytime and anywhere. PRICING for sizing may vary just enough to create item(s) purchased. Extra materials/beads will be considered extra outside of our normal bead count for every piece created.
